The answers to these questions are the very substance that makes our systems stronger and more beautiful in their complexity.

Our services, like pots, are never perfect. They are shaped by our hands, fired in the unpredictable kiln of production traffic, and inevitably, they will break. The goal is not a flawless, sterile object sitting on a shelf.
